IMLCC Status Update
Michigan Will Remain A Member Of IMLCC
You are receiving this notice because you either hold a Michigan Medical license issued through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, or your State of Principal License (SPL) is Michigan for the purpose of licensure through IMLCC.
Michigan’s Governor Whitmer has signed HB5455 into law. This means that Michigan will continue participation in the IMLCC without interruption.
There will be NO interruption in Michigan’s participation in the IMLCC or a physician’s ability to practice with licenses previously issued.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, physicians are now able to select Michigan as their State of Principal License (SPL) or to select Michigan as a state to obtain a license.
Please let us know if you have any questions or need help with medical licensure. We specialize in IMLCC licensing.
